Out-of-Network Option
Superbilling
If you have an insurance plan that we do not currently accept, you may still be able to receive reimbursement for your sessions. We can provide a superbill, which is an itemized receipt containing all the necessary information your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network claim.
Simply submit the superbill to your insurance provider, and they will determine your eligibility for partial or full reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance company beforehand to understand your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Please note: Payment is due at the time of service. Reimbursement amounts vary depending on your insurance plan.
How to Use a Superbill

Ask for a superbill at your appointment or request one through our office after your session.

Contact your insurance provider to confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits. Ask:

“Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health services?”

“What percentage of the session cost will be reimbursed?”

“Is there a deductible I must meet first?”

Submit the superbill to your insurance company according to their instructions (this could be via mail, online portal, or fax).

Wait for processing—your insurance will review the claim and send you any eligible reimbursement directly.

Self-Pay
For individuals without insurance or who prefer to pay out-of-pocket, we offer a self-pay option.
